Skype's Growth Strategy

- the popular internet communications service provider, may have finally devised a growth strategy, since it's "split" from eBay, back in 2009.

According to Forbes.com,
The company plans to roll out corporate subscription packages ... that will include new tools... Skype equipped consumer televisions, paired with high-definition cameras to create videoconferencing systems thousands of dollars cheaper than the setups Cisco or Polycom sell.

IBM to buy AT&T's Sterling Commerce

IBM today announced that it would be buying AT&T's Sterling Commerce unit in a deal worth $1.4 billion, it's largest acquisition since the deal for Cognos in 2008.

The top 10 in the 2008 list are:

Hmm - it would be interesting to see who comes in at #9 in place of GM, in 2009, and possibly a few others in the entire list.
